My primary duties are to administer the university
Asbestos Program and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Program. Services provided
through the Asbestos Program include performing asbestos inspections prior
to renovation/demolition projects, preparation of asbestos removal project
specifications, monitoring during asbestos abatement projects, emergency
response to asbestos-related incidents and routine air monitoring within
university buildings. OEHS's Indoor Air Quality Program was developed
in order to assure that healthy and comfortable work places are provided
to all university personnel. Any questions regarding asbestos
or indoor air quality conditions should be directed to me.
